Pro-Abortion Politicians Continue to Receive Communion
Despite beautiful words by Bishops and the Vatican, pro-abortion politicians continue to receive the Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist in Masses.
Above, on April 19, 2008, former Mayor of New York Rudolph Giuliani receives Communion in St. Patrick's Cathedral during the papal Mass. Below first row, he retuns to his place. Second row, two days before, on April 17, 2008, Senator John Kerry (D-Mass) approaches and then receives Communion in the papal Mass said in Washington. Third row, pro-abortion Senator Chris Dodd (D-Conn) receives Communion at the same Mass. Fourth row, Senators Ted Kennedy (D-Mass) and John Kerry receiving Communion from the Cardinal of Boston Sean O'Malley in 2004.
Aren't these actions deliberate blasphemies and mortal sins? Then why are Prelates allowing this when they publicly condemn such action? It is difficult to find an answer other than hypocrisy. When will such hypocrisy stop being the rule and consistency return to Catholic teaching?
