NY church feeds racist class struggle

You see above the main altar of St. Francis Xavier Church in New York City. In places normally reserved for images of Saints, you see instead the photos of, from left to right, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery, three black persons who died during police raids against criminal activities on different occasions this year. Under each photo votive candles were lighted on the altar to reinforce the idea that they are martyrs.

On August 23, 2020, these photos presided over a Mass said by Fr. Kenneth Boller, S.J., below first row. Although the church was empty (due to the Covid-19 mania), the ceremony was recorded on video and, of course, used for propaganda purposes.

During the ceremony, several lectors went to the podium before and during the Mass to send anti-racist messages, calling for justice and an end to white supremacy. One of the lectors finished her speech by performing a dance in front of the altar, second and third rows. Singers accompanied by a piano alternated with the lectors. A display of placards used in street demonstrations surrounded a cross placed on the presbytery steps near the altar.

Fr. Boller ended his Mass reading statements against the alleged racism and white supremacy. He can be seen reading them here (mark 54:12 to 55:52).

We are opposed to this interpretation the Conciliar Church in the U.S. is making of the riots that are ravaging our country.

We believe that in the last decades black Americans won their fight for social justice. Today they enjoy an almost complete liberty to live the life they choose. Except for some very few and lamentable cases, racism has disappeared. The slogan that the police are racist is a hoax.

We transcribe the wise words of Prof. Walter Williams,
a black man, who said:

"What a lot of people don’t realize is that if you look at black people as a group, you’ll find that as a group, black Americans have made the greatest gains over the shortest period of time over some of the highest hurdles than any other racial group in the history of mankind." (Read more here)

So, the riots we are experiencing in our country have nothing to do with the reality of Afro-Americans. These riots are being promoted by Communists and Anarchists who want to destroy what the U.S. represents of order and civilized life.

By upholding the same revolutionary agenda, the Progressivist Church in the U.S. shows a new face of Liberation Theology adapted to our Anglo-Saxon mindset. But, as always, Liberation Theology lives by promoting class struggle.
