Seminarians from the Fraternity of Yahweh, in Sao Paulo, Brazil,
part of the Catholic charismatic movement, are "moved by the spirit"
to the beat of a samba.
The charismatics in Brazil are considered conservatives.
This explains the use of the traditional cassock.
